After graduating from The Ohio State University with a Bachelors in Fine Arts, Lisa later focused on the art of matching talent with companies. Embracing the craft of the client-candidate story, she engages in creatively navigating the turbulent hiring market, and stays focused on trends to provide insights through understanding the big picture.
She's collaborative and community-focused, with a prior concentration in the Technology and Human Resource sectors. This means building real relationships, partnerships, and believing in a tailored and transparent recruitment process. A graduate from Bowling Green State University, Chris holds a Bachelors of Science in Finance experienced in working with accounting and finance departments throughout most major industries as well as candidates across all experience levels.
The foundation of Chris's recruitment success has rested on working with the highest level of integrity, with thorough and prompt communication. His focus is on applying a razor-sharp understanding of the client's needs while going to the labor market to search for the right candidate. He's not a bad sibling, either.
